A good enquiry gets a good quote faster. Please include your area or community, whether it is a villa or a building with the floor and bay if it is covered parking, the make and rough size of the car, and how dirty it is right now.

Then tell us the day and time window that suits you. Our crews work from 07:00 to 22:00, seven days a week, so early mornings before the heat and quieter evenings are both possible. The more specific your window, the sooner we can confirm a slot.

Every reply comes from care@washbox.ae. We read enquiries through the day and answer, usually within one working day, with the price and the next available time. Nothing is booked or charged until you say yes.

**Email is the fastest route** Send everything to care@washbox.ae. There is no call centre and no phone queue; a written enquiry lets us quote accurately and keeps every detail in one place for your booking.

**What we need to quote** Area, building or villa, car make and rough size, current condition and your preferred time. With those five details we can usually price the wash in a single reply.

**Abu Dhabi and Dubai coverage** We serve 30 communities in Abu Dhabi and 25 in Dubai, 55 in all. If yours is not on the list, ask anyway, as we are adding areas and can often reach nearby streets.

**Fleets and buildings** Managing several cars or a full residential tower? Tell us the vehicle count, parking floors and how often you need washes, and we will build one schedule and quote for everyone.

**How soon will you reply to my enquiry?**

We usually answer within one working day. Enquiries that arrive with the area, car and preferred time already included are quickest, because we can send a firm quote straight away instead of asking for more detail first.

**Can I book a wash for tomorrow morning?**

Often yes, especially for early slots before the heat builds. Send your request as early as you can with your area and bay, and we will confirm the nearest available morning time from care@washbox.ae.

**What if my community is not on your coverage list?**

Ask anyway. Our current coverage is 20 Abu Dhabi and 25 Dubai communities, but we are expanding and can sometimes reach streets close to a listed area. We will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

**Can my building organise a wash day for residents?**

Yes, and it usually works out cheaper per car. Have the building or a resident email care@washbox.ae with the number of interested cars and the parking floors, and we will arrange a group visit and a shared rate.

**Do you work on public holidays?**

We operate seven days a week, from 07:00 to 22:00, and that generally includes public holidays. If a specific date is affected we will say so when we confirm your booking, so you always know before the day.
