Dubai Investment Park is a large mixed industrial and residential zone on the city's south-western edge, full of warehouses, offices, staff accommodation and company fleets, close to open desert. WashBox cleans cars and vans on site with a low-water method built for dusty, fleet-heavy conditions.

DIP is fleet country. Warehouses and trade companies keep vans, pickups and pool cars parked at the unit or in yards all day, and moving them across the city to a wash costs real working hours. We schedule a batch at the depot, work through the yard or parking strip, and bill it cleanly to the operator, from AED 20 per vehicle, with no water line run out across the lot and no run-off into the yard drains.

Sitting on the desert's south-western edge, DIP takes a steady load of blown sand and industrial dust that settles fast on parked vehicles. That grit is abrasive and scratches if wiped dry, so we flood it with a lubricating spray and give wheels and lower panels a real pass, which working vans in a dusty zone genuinely need to stay presentable for client sites.

The residential side, with staff accommodation and the newer apartment blocks, uses surface and basement lots where hosing is impractical. Our mobile team reaches those cars in their bays too, cleaning quietly and without mess, so residents who commute long distances into central Dubai come back to a clean car without a wash detour.

Because DIP vehicles often visit client and construction sites, they pick up more than dust: the odd tar speck, cement splash or sticky residue.
