Saadiyat is beachfront living next to the cultural district, and beachfront means salt. We keep that film off your paint without dragging a hose across the villa driveway.

Cars on Saadiyat live very close to the water, whether that is a Saadiyat Beach villa, an apartment in Mamsha, or a bay near the Cultural District. The sea breeze carries a fine salt mist inland every night, and by morning it has settled into a faint haze on the paint and a gritty feel on the glass. Left alone it dulls the finish and, on white cars especially, encourages water spotting.

Our answer is a gentle, high-lubricity exterior wash. The encapsulating polymer wraps the salt and dust so it releases into the microfibre instead of being ground across the clear coat. On the glass we do a dedicated pass so mirrors and windscreen are properly clear, which matters when you are driving into low morning sun off the island.

Saadiyat homes tend to be design-conscious, and many owners have paint protection or ceramic coatings they want maintained rather than stripped. We use pH-neutral, coating-safe chemistry, so a regular wash preserves the protection you have already paid for instead of eating into it.

There is no water connection needed and no runoff onto the paving, which sits well with the low-impact ethos of the island. Around one litre per car, and we leave the driveway or bay dry.

## Access and parking

We wash at Saadiyat Beach and Mamsha villas in the carport, and in apartment podium bays with the building team notified. Salt exposure is heavy here, so a shaded bay gives the best result.
