Everyone you wash for, searchable by the three things you actually know them by, name, mobile and plate.

The customer list is the office's address book. A single search box matches a name, a mobile number or a plate, and filters narrow it to an area, to a plan state, weekly, monthly, paused, lapsed or none, and to active accounts only. Each row shows the customer, how many cars they have, the plates on those cars and their recent activity, so a caller is found and understood in one line rather than three clicks.

A customer's mobile and their cars' plates are scoped to your company, not shared across the platform. Two operators can both have a customer at the same number and both wash a car on the same plate without ever seeing each other's records, because isolation is enforced underneath every query rather than by a filter someone remembered to add. The same person can be a customer of two operators and neither knows.

The plan state filter is how the office works a list rather than a screen. Lapsed sorts the people to call before they drift; paused shows who asked to stop and has not resumed; none finds the cars that come in every week on cash and have never been offered a plan. Each state is a task, not a status badge.

An owner can export the customer list to CSV, so the office can work a call list, a renewal push or a building's residents in a spreadsheet without anyone copying rows by hand.

- One search box across name, mobile number and plate
- Filter by area, by plan state, and to active accounts only
- Each customer's cars, plates and recent washes on one row
- Customer mobiles and plates scoped to your company, never shared across operators
- Lapsed and paused surfaced as call lists, not just labels
- Owner export of the customer list to CSV

**Can another operator on the platform see my customers?**

No. A customer's mobile and their plates are scoped to your company. Isolation is enforced beneath every database query, and it is proven by tests where two companies hold the same mobile and plate and neither can read the other's records.

**What if the same person is a customer of two car washes?**

That is fine and expected. The mobile number is per company, so the same person can be a separate customer of each operator, and neither operator sees the other's history for them.

**How does the office find people who should be on a plan?**

The plan state filter has a none option that surfaces customers with no active plan, so the recurring cash cars that were never offered a subscription can be worked as a list.
