Frequently asked questions
How soon will you reply to my enquiry?
We usually answer within one working day. Enquiries that arrive with the area, car and preferred time already included are quickest, because we can send a firm quote straight away instead of asking for more detail first.
Can I book a wash for tomorrow morning?
Often yes, especially for early slots before the heat builds. Send your request as early as you can with your area and bay, and we will confirm the nearest available morning time from [email protected].
What if my community is not on your coverage list?
Ask anyway. Our current coverage is 20 Abu Dhabi and 25 Dubai communities, but we are expanding and can sometimes reach streets close to a listed area. We will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Can my building organise a wash day for residents?
Yes, and it usually works out cheaper per car. Have the building or a resident email [email protected] with the number of interested cars and the parking floors, and we will arrange a group visit and a shared rate.
Do you work on public holidays?
We operate seven days a week, from 07:00 to 22:00, and that generally includes public holidays. If a specific date is affected we will say so when we confirm your booking, so you always know before the day.
