A wash is only as good as its weakest step.
Our core wash uses an encapsulating polymer spray that wraps each dust and grit particle, breaking its grip on the paint so it lifts cleanly into plush microfibre.
When dust is baked on, salt has crusted or bugs have dried hard, we bring low-pressure dry-vapour steam.
Scratches almost always come from wiping grit across dry paint.
Our sprays are biodegradable and pH-neutral, chosen to be gentle on paint, plastic trim and rubber seals rather than stripping them.
Where a final rinse or steam stage does use water, we use deionised water.
Wheels and arches collect the worst of the road: brake dust, tar flecks and gritty salt spray that plain water leaves behind.
Glass is treated as its own stage, because a smeary windscreen is both unsafe and the first thing you notice from the driver's seat.
Every wash ends with a hydrophobic sealant laid over clean paint.
Our vehicle carries its own water and power, so you supply nothing but access to the car.

Yes. Matte wraps hate two things: glossy sealants and hard scrubbing, and our exterior method avoids both when we know the finish is matte. We clean with encapsulating spray and steam, use fresh microfibre gently, and skip the hydrophobic gloss sealant that would ruin the matte look. Please flag the wrap in your enquiry so the crew arrives set up for it from the start.
Yes, and a good exterior wash is exactly how you protect that investment. Our pH-neutral chemistry will not strip or degrade a ceramic coating, and the grit-safe contact keeps the coated surface free of the swirls that dull it over time. We will not add our own sealant over a fresh ceramic coating unless you ask, since the coating already provides the hydrophobic layer.
Yes. PPF is cleaned much like ordinary paint, with the same grit-safe, pH-neutral approach, and it appreciates gentle handling around its edges where dirt can gather. We take care not to pick or lift film edges during contact. If your PPF has specific care instructions from the installer, mention them in your enquiry and we will follow them.
Yes, but this is not a pure waterless job and we will not pretend it is. Thick mud or a heavy salt crust needs steam first to soften and lift the bulk before any cloth touches the paint, plus extra time. We use more water than a light wash, though still far less than a hose. Tell us the condition in your enquiry so we quote and schedule it accurately.
Usually yes, and the sooner the better. Bird droppings and sap are acidic and can etch the clear coat if left in UAE heat, so we soften them with steam or a dwell of neutral spray and lift them without grinding. If they have already etched the paint before we arrive, cleaning removes the deposit but cannot undo etching, since we do exterior washing rather than paint correction.
Scratches come from dragging grit across dry paint, which is the exact thing our method is built to avoid. We soften and lift soil before any contact, use fresh, plush microfibre for every car, fold cloths to clean faces and wipe in straight strokes rather than circles. Heavier soil is steamed first so nothing is ground in. Done this way, an exterior wash cleans the paint without marring it.
