Wash records

Every wash is a record with its photographs attached, so a disputed clean is settled by looking rather than arguing.

Wash records

The list is one row per wash, with the plate, the customer, the washer, the area, the date and time, how long it took, how many photos it carries and how it was paid. Filters narrow it by washer, by emirate, by area, by sync state and by payment, and a plate search finds a single car. The footer totals the washes in view and the cash and card collected across them, and an owner can export exactly that view to CSV.

The amount column tells the money story without a spreadsheet. A wash paid in cash or card shows the sum the washer entered at the car. A car on a subscription reads as covered instead, with no amount and no method, and it is never flagged for missing money because none was due. A cash job that arrives with no amount recorded is flagged, because that is the office's cue to chase it rather than a hole nobody notices.

Open a wash and the photographs are the record. Each before and after shot carries the second it was taken and the GPS point and accuracy it was taken at, so the area a wash belongs to is derived from where the first photo was shot, not from what anyone typed. When a claim comes in that a car was not touched, the answer is a timestamped photo at a location, which is a different kind of conversation from one person's word against another's.

Corrections are possible but never silent. The owner can hide a photograph that should not have been taken, with a reason that stays on the record, and it stays hidden everywhere including the car owner's app. A wash can be corrected, and the change is written to the audit trail with the admin's name, so the record improves without any part of it quietly disappearing.

  • Filter by washer, emirate, area, sync state and payment, and search a single plate
  • Before and after photos, each stamped with its GPS point, accuracy and capture time
  • Cash and card amounts entered at the car, with plan-covered washes shown as covered
  • A cash job with no amount recorded is flagged for the office to chase
  • Owner export of exactly the filtered view to CSV, with the collected total
  • Photo hiding and wash corrections, kept on the audit trail with the admin's name

Frequently asked questions

How is a wash proved if a resident says it never happened?

The before and after photographs carry their GPS point, the accuracy of that fix and the second they were taken. A wash is settled by looking at a timestamped photo at a location, not by two people's memories.

Can a photo be deleted to cover a bad wash?

No. The owner can hide a photo with a required reason, and it stays hidden everywhere, but hiding is recorded on the audit trail with the admin's name. Nothing is quietly removed.

Why do some washes show no amount?

A car on a subscription reads as covered, with no amount and no method, because no money was due at the car. That is different from a cash wash arriving with no amount, which is flagged.

Can the office pull a month of washes out of the panel?

An owner can export the current filtered view to CSV, so a month for one washer, one area or one payment type comes out as a file, matching exactly what is on screen.
