Operations dashboard
The opening screen answers one question, is the day going as it should, before you have to ask anyone.

Five figures sit across the top: washes logged today that have reached the server, the cash and card collected at the car, washes across the last seven days, how many washers you have heard from within the hour, and how many jobs are still sitting on a phone waiting for signal. The last one matters most in a basement, because a wash that has happened but not uploaded is work already done that you cannot yet see.
Below that is every enrolled phone. Each handset pings every few minutes when it has signal, so the table reads online when it was heard from inside six minutes, idle inside the hour, and offline after that with the time it was last seen. Beside each phone is the number of jobs it is still holding, its battery level and the app version it runs, so a phone that has gone quiet, is low on charge and is holding four washes is visible before the washer rings in.
A live feed lists the newest jobs as they arrive, each with its before and after thumbnails, the plate, the washer and the area, and a flag when the wash needs a look. A map plots one pin for every wash logged today and splits the count between Abu Dhabi city and Al Reem Island. A pin that lands outside every service area is one of the two things that raises a flag; a pin outside the country is almost always a handset that never got a satellite lock, so it is still plotted but kept out of the framing rather than dragging the whole map to the sea.
A short bar chart ranks each washer by the washes they have logged today, scaled against the busiest of them rather than a target, so the shape of the day reads without pulling a report.
- Washes today, cash and card collected today, and the week's total at a glance
- Jobs still held on a phone waiting for signal, counted so nothing goes silently missing
- Every phone's presence, battery and pending upload count from its last ping
- A live feed of the newest washes with before and after thumbnails and any flag
- A map of the day's washes split by emirate, with out-of-area pins marked
Frequently asked questions
Does the collected figure mean the platform took a payment?
No. The platform does not process card payments. The figure is the cash and card the crew recorded taking at the car, so it reflects what was collected, not a transaction the software ran.
Why would a wash be done but not appear yet?
The washer app works offline and holds a finished wash on the phone until it has signal. In a basement that can take a while, so the dashboard counts jobs still waiting to upload rather than pretending they are not there.
What puts a wash in front of the office as flagged?
Two things. A photo whose location falls outside every service area, and a cash job submitted with no amount recorded. Both surface the wash for someone to settle rather than letting it pass quietly.
