The platform
Subscriptions
Every plan is one row for one car, showing what was agreed, how much of it has been used, and when it is next due.

The board is one row per car, never one row per customer, so a household with two cars on plans appears twice on purpose. Each row shows the plan, weekly or monthly, the number of washes it allows in a period, the price that was agreed, the next due date and the plan's state, active, paused, lapsed or cancelled. Alongside sits the usage, the washes used against the allowance for the current period, so an over-served car and an under-served one are both visible.
The tiles above turn the list into the week's work. Active plans, plan washes still due today, plans whose term ends within seven days, and lapsed plans, each with the plates behind them. A lapsed plan is somebody to call before they drift to a competitor; a term ending soon is a renewal to raise now rather than after it expires.
The price on a plan is what the operator and the customer agreed, and it is owner-only and audited: an office admin can see it but changing it is a governed action that lands on the audit trail. The platform records the arrangement. It does not take the payment, so there is no card processing here and no charge run against the customer. The money a plan brings in is collected at the car like any other wash and reads as covered on the wash record.
The schedule screen is where a plan becomes a day's list. Subscriptions define the expected washes; the schedule reconciles them against the jobs the crew actually submitted, so this screen answers what is agreed and the schedule answers what has happened.

Frequently asked questions
Does WashBox charge the customer's card for a subscription?
No. There is no payment processing in the platform. A subscription records the plan and the price that were agreed; the money is collected at the car in cash or card and reads as covered on that car's washes.
Why does one household appear more than once?
The board is one row per car, not per customer, because plans, prices and usage belong to a specific vehicle. A house with two cars on plans is two rows on purpose.
Can an office admin change a plan's price?
The price is owner-only. An office admin can see it, but changing it is a governed action recorded on the audit trail with the admin's name, so a price never moves without a trace.
How do I know a plan's washes are actually being delivered?
Each row shows washes used against the allowance for the period, and the schedule screen reconciles the plan's expected washes against the jobs the crew submitted.
